I have something to tell you. The last time I worked out was on New Years Day; that was 23 days | 552 hours | 33,120 minutes ago. And if you want to know the honest truth, it's been about a year since I've worked out consistently. This is mainly because I haven't been loving my workout routine. I'm either really bored or in a lot of pain (I have some weird hip issues going on).
Regardless, I know how important it is to move. So, in an effort to get my sh*t together, I put together a list of free workout classes in Austin. My intention is to try out these classes to figure out what type of workouts feel best for my body. You all might find this list helpful as well. So, whether you're looking for a new gym or wanting to take advantage of freebies, I've got you covered!
